1) Hell's Kitchen Antiques Garage
The uber-trendy Antiques Garage on West 25th Street. If you are vintage, antiques or miscellany hunter this the place to be. Get there at 7am when the stallholders set up shop and prepare to coo like a well stroked lover. Expect 50's Dior dress for under $130, retro furniture, precious jewellery and my favourite..old postcards from service men to their sweethearts dating back to the 20s.

2) Hayworth Vintage
Ireland's first online vintage store featuring dresses from the 30s to the 70s starting at only €80! Not only are the garements one-off and of impeccable quality but delivery is prompt and wrapped delicately in tissue paper and tied with a bow. I recently bought a 50s embellished red jacquard dress which looks like it came right off of the silver screen. Divine.

3) Jesire
A great highstreet label with boutique flair. As a brand, the quality and attention to detail for its price point is incomparable. I've bought untold dresses from LBD to cocktail from the concession at Brown Thomas and never do they miss a compliment. I love the way the line mixes sharp mannish tailoring with body conscious silhouettes. Makes me feel like Grace Kelly!
